Integral Healing according to Georg Meier

The approach that is worthy of the dignity
of the free human being.

Integral healing according to Georg Meier is a holistic, process-oriented form of therapy with coaching and subsequent treatment. It is nominally considered a complementary medical technique. It is designed to guide the sufferer to releasing their original self-healing powers. To this end, the respective necessary individual learning processes are enabled in order to initiate a sustainable, long lasting recovery.

Integral means taking into account the emotional, mental, spiritual, behavioral and movement characteristics of the client towards the goal of of developing inner and outer health.

Since the body’s actual operator is the psyche and its open drive for life, healing must begin within the psyche. Georg Meier’s method begins with a holistic perception of the client before leading into an in-depth recovery coaching in a procedural manner. This allows the sufferer to find his way from fully experiencing and going through his problem, the topics or symptoms that affect him to the process of gaining a new awareness and finally relearning. Instead of medication, each client is given very specific exercises that are derived from the session that the client and healer experienced together. For a sustainable long term recovery, the sufferer is being sent home with an individually customized , conscious learning process, which he continues in the form of at home exercises. The session then culminates in a psycho-energetic treatment, carried out from one one human being to another. Maintaining compassionate contact, the health fully developed and fully present person (the healer) hereby gives the sufferer whatever is needed for the recovery of the weakened zone or organ until sufficient strength is regained . (These healing effects take place in accordance with the law of resonance.)

Because health is not a state of being,
but a balancing act

Experience shows that immense self-healing powers come into play once the underlying causes that led to the suffering have been resolved, such as suppressed anger that has been carried around for a long time or a hidden emotional wound. This also applies to physical suffering and rapid healing was observed in many cases. In the case of allergies, intolerances and various hormonal disorders, the healing usually sets in after just one or two sessions.

The method’s impact , as reported by clients, is based on the practitioner’s specially trained, open presence (“presencing” according to GM) in combination with the conscious relearning process that the sufferer is led to. The approach is especially effective when a client is open to the process and willing to take responsibility for their own health and hold themselves accountable to implement the prescribed exercises at home.

The process of such a healing session is described in detail in Georg Meier’s book “dare to fall apart and experience true healing “(working title).

Setting up a healing session

Coaching, Healing session

This type of healing allows both the therapist and the client to be free, independent and in their human dignity. It grants both of them the greatest space possible to unfold their potential. Side effects: balance, more tolerance, self-confidence, more joy for life, increased energy gain, relief.

The Integral Healing approach according to Georg Meier was developed and refined over the course of more than twelve years of research and daily practical experience with thousands of suffering clients. Georg Meier’s methodology has roots in both the psychoenergetic characterology of Alexander Lowen, a student of C.G. Jung, and in the work of physicist and healer Dr. Barbara Ann Brennan.
As and anthroposophically trained educator and therapist Georg Meier optimized several healing tools that he learned about from these mentors and developed new ones himself.

He dedicated himself to fully grasping different forms of illness in order to a direct healing path, without any external means (such as medications).
The healing session is dynamically adapted to the client’s age and condition

One day Georg Meier discovered the following words by Rudolf Steiner : “The true doctor and healer heals … not with physical means. He knows how to seek out the evil in the soul, in the astral body” (such as certain instincts, long-term emotions, negative mental programs, etc.). What had been on Georg Meier’s mind constantly since 2004 and incited him to start his practice had now been confirmed by R. Steiner. Hippocrates, the father of medicine, put it in a similar way: “Diseases do not attack us out of the blue, but develop from daily sins against our own nature” and Plato “If you want to heal the body, you must first heal the soul”.
